Losing my dearest Mother 12 yrs. ago, and my Father in 2020,
due to Covid.....it's very difficult and continues to be.

I used to be ultra-skinny, model-thin,
and ran 10 miles/daily, then 2-3 hrs.
in the gym.

Then I got a debilitating spine injury,
which also affects my legs, knees, and
feet specifically, so it makes a work-out
next to impossible.

Boy do I miss immensely the euphoria of
a daily endorphin boost from working out hard!

People don't really realize how lucky they are
to be able to walk, stand, and sit, let alone
workout, without pain!

Now I'm just an uber-curvy always sexy woman,
with Hispanic hips, thickness, and more
"bounce-to-the-ounce"! ;)
